"Remarkably Human", the new single from Nick Johnston

Unless you've been asleep for the last 5 years (or more), you may know the talented and guitar wizard Nick Johnston. Last week, he released a new single called "Remarkably Human" from his upcoming album, also entitled "Remarkably Human", which it will be officially available in September 27. Moreover, pre-orders can be made at his webpage.

It’s clear that Johnston is exploring some epic and creative new landscapes. From the first notes, a feeling of mystery washes over you, setting the stage for what’s to come in the next six and a half minutes. There is great breadth to the sound as it develops, as if the entirety of human existence is flashing before your eyes as you listen. I told you this music was epic.

For recording this album, the band in charge was formed by Gavin Harrison on drums (Porcupine Tree, King Crimson), Bryan Beller on bass (the Aristocrats, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai) and Luke Martin on piano (Plini)
